Hi I'm Rachel,

A dedicated personal trainer with 10 years of experience helping people exercise safely and confidently. My mission is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels empowered to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a mum of two young boys, I understand the challenges parents face and focus on creating realistic and sustainable habits that allow for flexibility and work for you and your lifestyle.

I began working with Rachel in 2017 and over this period of time have seen some significant progress in terms of both reducing my weight and also improvements in my general health and overall fitness. She is a good listener, is not afraid to speak the truth and is a great motivator.
