Small Group PT sessions
Enjoy the benefits of personal training with the added motivation of a friend or two. In these small group sessions (2-3 people), you’ll get personalized guidance in a relaxed, supportive setting—perfect for staying accountable and having fun while working out together.
Customised Training Programmes
I offer fully personalized training programs delivered through an easy-to-use app, so you can train at your own pace, whether at the gym or from home. Each program is designed with your individual goals in mind, helping you stay on track and see steady progress. I offer programmes for 3 days a week or 5 days.
